Day 20 - Writer Wednesday
I often see writers ask which is most important - characters, plot, or setting?
I don’t think there’s a correct answer and they’re all important- but for me, my story would be completely different if it was in a different location. I think of my setting as a character with its own personality, quirks, flaws, emotions, beauty...
The challenge is not to describe how it looks, but immerse the reader into its “personality” - atmosphere.

January 15th!! And I’m running behind...
I am introducing my least favorite character-Chad.

I didn’t put a lot of thought into his name, it just seemed to fit. He’s pompous, smarmy, narcissistic, and much too cool in that way that’s not at all cool. To say he has a crush on Bobbie would be an overstatement because he only loves himself and money - but that doesn’t stop him from trying to get her to go out with him - a total no-go!
