Do you like retellings? stories reimagined? For me Do you like retellings? stories reimagined? For me, that's a big yes!—especially when the retelling features strong women. I'm not sure I have a favorite book from 2022, but this one would be at the top of my list. "Who was the real Hester Prynne?" I loved this—the Scarlet Letter reimagined from Hester's point of view. "But there's another kind of strength we've got...It comes from knowing the difference between who you are and who they think you are."
